We typically issue financials monthly for our clients. If you are new to business and would rather us update the financials quarterly, we can do that. However, we do recommend looking over your numbers on a monthly basis while the previous month's activity is fresh in your mind. This will help ensure we are able to document any unusual transactions accurately and ensure there are no duplicate charges from your vendors that need to be disputed.

We charge our clients an hourly fee under a month-to-month contract. The hourly fee allows you to keep our costs low while you're starting out. As your business grows so will the time we spend updating your business's financials. The month-to-month contract allows either party to terminate the agreement with just 30 days notice.

You'll have access to our team through our secure mobile app. We also meet with clients via Zoom. Should you need to schedule a call with one of our team members, we can provide you with a link to pick a time that works best for your schedule.

Each client is assigned a Bookkeeping Assistant and Bookkeeping Manager. The Bookkeeping Assistant will handle the day-to-day tasks like categorizing transactions and reconciling bank accounts. The Bookkeeping Assistant will be your main point of contact. The Bookkeeping Manager is there to review the work of the Bookkeeping Assistant and answer any high-level accounting questions. Having this duo assigned to your account means that there are two sets of eyes reviewing your financials on a monthly basis.
